1. What Patterns Does
Patterns is a wellness application that helps you:
- Track menstrual cycle symptoms daily
- Identify patterns in your symptoms using AI
- Generate reports to share with healthcare providers
- Receive personalized insights based on your data
2. What Patterns Does NOT Do
Patterns is NOT a medical device or service.
- We do NOT provide medical diagnoses
- We do NOT provide medical advice
- We do NOT replace healthcare providers
- We do NOT offer emergency services
- We do NOT guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights
In case of medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 16 years old
- Capable of entering a legal agreement
- A resident of a country where the service is available
4. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Keeping your Telegram account secure
- Using the app honestly and in good faith
5. Subscription & Payments
Free Trial
- 30 days of full access
- No payment required to start
Subscription
- €8.99 per month after trial
- Billed monthly via Stripe
- Cancel anytime from the app
Refunds
- Contact support within 14 days for refund requests
- No refunds for partial months after the refund period
6. AI-Generated Content
Our AI-powered features:
- Use third-party AI services (OpenRouter/GPT)
- Provide insights based on your data
- Are NOT medical opinions or diagnoses
- May contain errors or inaccuracies

8. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer or hack the app
- Share false or misleading health information
- Use the app if you're under 16

- The app, design, and content are our property
- Your data remains yours
- You grant us license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide the app "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for decisions made based on app insights
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:
- Your use of the app
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of others' rights
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the service
You may terminate anytime via /privacy > Delete my data.
13. Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by EU law
- Disputes should first be resolved through our support channel
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled in French courts

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
